Are you Market ready?

I am always talking to my coaching customers about what is their Plan A and Plan A+ is? 

Plan A is what you are going to achieve in your current job and perhaps the next 6 - 18 months.  

Plan A+ is your vision for your career longer term - the next 5 years. Or perhaps it is starting your own side hustle or something like that. 

What would you do if you got a phone call or email on Tuesday morning telling you that you have a meeting with Hr and your Boss? 

Is your job at risk?

 Even if this is not the case and you think that this is not going to happen, there is no downside to always being prepared. 

Be Market ready.   

So many women say to me I wished that I had networked more. 

What do I tell everyone why I have left my current job?

I have lost my job and I really neglected my network. 

I haven’t updated my CV for ages. 

Stop working IN your Career so much and start working ON your Career. 

Sow the seeds and create the network before you actually need it!!
