I caught up with a former colleague for coffee and commented that I was super impressed with how her career was going. 

Sarah has gotten a promotion,

She is showing up and sharing her thoughts on Linkedin.

Plus been on a number of industry panels. 

Sarah shared the biggest change for her was that she had started working ON her career!

Rather than just in it.

She had stopped being so busy in her career, doing everything for everyone and instead she was showing up for her career and in the industry. 

She shared that she had hired a coach who had helped her see past her blockers.

They worked on a plan for her to execute, someone to keep her accountable but also support her when she needed it. 

Sometimes we just need a different perspective to help us see what has been in front of us all along!
