55. 61 days left in the year. Do you need a Reframe?

The year is coming to an end.

People are starting to make plans for Xmas day and the holidays. (If you are in my family the logistics were sorted 6 months ago but the finer details are shaping up. )

My husband actually calls it Nasty November. He thinks people become a bit tired and overwhelmed at this time of year and are dragging themselves to the finish line. 

I said to him the other day - how about reframing it to Nice November :). I have been doing a lot of reframing lately. Simply put instead of focusing on the negatives, I focus on the positives.

So guess what, there are still 61 days in the year - so you can think that the year is over and I will worry about this next year.

Or you can think what am I going to go and achieve in the next 61 days - whooo hooo! Look at me go. What haven’t I gotten done that I wanted to do this year and go after it. 

What are the goals or things that you wanted to achieve to round out the year?

We all like to kick off the new year with goals but how about kicking them off now? So if there is something that you have been sitting on and not shifting forward - how about picking it up and pushing it towards the finish line?
