How are you feeling about hitting your career goals this year?

Are you pumped up with clear goals and a plan or are you looking for a bit of inspiration and motivation?

When I work with my coaching clients I get them to focus on their:

- Vision

- Mission

- Purpose

- Plus Priorities.

If you don't know where you want to go then how are you going to get there.

What is the dream?

What does that look like?

What would you absolutely love to be doing and then what are the steps that you need to build to get there.

How do you get from where you are now to where you want to go?

What are the micro steps of bravery that you need to build and inact each day to get you where you want to go?

Plus who do you need to help you along the way.

Also what are the stories that you are telling yourself that maybe just aren't true anymore?
